Our aim is, by focusing on these key issues, to help businesses strengthen their position and rights while reducing their admin and costs.  These are the natural consequences of a cogent and proportionate legal strategy.

barry.legal was established by Joel Barry.  After 25 years working as a media and tech lawyer in the City and running two of the largest IP teams in Europe, Joel reaslised that while there are lots of quality lawyers, being a good lawyer is only half the job (if that).  Project management, costs budgeting and management, and clear communication are not courses taught at law school but they are, at least, as important as technical knowledge and set his legal practice aside from others.
